Bulk Promotional Orders: What Determines Quantity, Lead Time and Price

The cost and lead time of a promotional order depend on how you order as much as on the product. Here is a plain summary of the ordering process on our site and the main factors behind the price.

1. Tiered unit prices

Every product page lists quantity tiers and the unit price of each tier. The more you order, the lower the unit price, because print set-up and preparation costs are spread over more items. Click a row in the price table to select that quantity and see the total instantly in the order summary.

2. Minimum quantity and quantity step

Each product has a minimum order quantity and a pack step (e.g. "Min: 50 pcs · in steps of 25"), shown right under the quantity selector on the product page.

3. From stock or from production?

For stock-tracked products you see the stock quantity once you sign in. If the quantity you need is in stock, the order is prepared quickly. Orders beyond stock go into production; for out-of-stock orders delivery can take about 10 business days longer. If stock is insufficient, the site offers two options: order the quantity in stock, or wait for production.

4. Printing and design

• Unprinted (blank) products are the fastest option.
• For printed orders the design is sent for your approval before production; you can request revisions.
• For products needing a custom mould (PVC rubber, die-cast metal), mould preparation adds to the lead time.

5. Web order discount

When you place your order on the website, an extra 5% cart discount applies until 31 March 2027. The order summary shows the discounted unit price clearly on the "Unit price 5% off" line.

6. Payment and cancellation

No payment is taken at the ordering step; we contact you about payment terms. You can cancel your order until it is processed.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices on product pages exclude VAT; VAT is shown on a separate line in the order summary.

How long is delivery?

Short for in-stock and unprinted products; for printed products production starts after design approval. Out-of-stock orders can take about 10 business days longer.

Can I change the quantity after ordering?

Before the order is processed you can edit or cancel it from the My Orders page.
